The collected data is then evaluated and interpreted using state-of-the-art analytical procedures. Vibration diagnostics allow for the assessment of a drive’s technical condition and the early detection of signs of wear or damage to its components. Measuring is performed using the Pruftechnik VibXpert analyzer, and analysis of gear unit oscillations can be conducted in accordance with ISO 20816-9.
This service enables the identification of damaged components, measuring natural frequencies of oscillations associated with resonance phenomena, and monitoring changes that occur as wear and damage progress.
